adVantage for Website Owners ( Content Publishers )

Node Six adVantage has been planned and developed with the Ugandan content publisher or website owner in mind.

As a content publisher, Node Six adVantage allows you to begin earning revenues from your website, or to maximise revenues from your website.

By targeting the Ugandan audiences your website caters for, Node Six adVantage provides advertisements that are relevant to your audience.

Here’s how it works.

  1. Our ad server stores client information, complete with their banners, campaign details, and target demographics.
  2. It also stores information on the publisher, including the designated banner zones.
  3. The ad distribution server then distributes the banners to the zones on the content publisher’s website.
  4. It tracks statistics so both client and publisher can login to their control panel and see which ads have been loaded to which sites and how many times they have been clicked.
  5. The ads are loaded randomly, and are very highly configurable, meaning we can choose specific clients for specific websites, and we can prevent one banner appearing more than once on a site.

How you get paid ( and how we get paid as well )

Node Six adVantage is based on revenue sharing. You, the website owner gets 60% of the revenue, and Node Six gets 40% of the revenue.

We charge a client every time a banner is loaded (impressions), but we group them into thousands of impressions (Cost Per Mille, CPM).

We also charge depending on the placement of the banner in question.

Pricing Example:

If we charge 50,000/= per thousand impressions (CPM) for a specific banner zone, that means cost per impression (CPI) is 50/=.

If your site gets about 100 page views per day (meaning 100 complete pages are loaded per day), then you get 100 ad impressions for that day, from different clients.

If you have visitors on 26 days (for most sites, weekends normally have slow traffic so we can safely combine those into 1 day, for calculation purposes), that means you have 100×26 = 2600 impressions per month.

2600 impressions means adVantage bills 2600 x 50 = 130,000 /= per month.

Revenue sharing is done on a 60/40 ratio. You, the content publisher gets 60%, Node Six gets 40%.

That means for the 2600 page views per month, you get 78,000/= per month and Node Six gets 52,000/= per month.

If you provide two or three banner zone for Node Six adVantage, then your revenues double or triple, depending on the pricing per banner zone.
